We appreciate your interest in presenting at the 11th annual Vermont Development Conference, scheduled for October 30, 2025.

The VDC Planning Committee is looking forward to receiving varied proposals from around the industry with a particular interest in sessions that focus on timely issues. Some of these may include (but are not limited to):

- Innovation in housing affordability
- Federal impact on land use & development industry
- Public/Private Partnerships
- Climate action and real estate development
- Act 250 and relevant legislation
- Resilient design
- Infrastructure in Rural Communities
- Emerging construction technologies
- Creative Financing and Alternative Resources
- DEI in land development

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT...

Please fill out this form and submit by May 23. Please be aware that proposals submitted after this date may not be considered.

The VDC Planning Committee will be refining the programming and will select and work with presenters leading up to the event to fully understand the content and develop the sessions. Please note this may result in changes to the duration or format of your session. Proposal responses will be sent out by June 11.
Please note presenters will be required to do the following, so by submitting this RFP, you are agreeing to:
- Submit the final title and content to the Planning Committee by June 30
- Attend mandatory speaker training sessions.
- Submit your draft PowerPoint (PPTx) presentation for revisions by October 17
- Tailor your session based on feedback provided and submit the final version of your session including the PPT presentation by October 24

Please keep in mind that these are intended to be valuable, content-packed time slots. These are not marketing sessions for presenters to a captive audience.
