Cobb Community Foundation — with assistance from the United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Cobb Collaborative — is undergoing a process to gain a better understanding of human service agencies serving Cobb County. To accomplish this, the Foundation has partnered with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits (GCN) to conduct a survey of local and regional providers.
To show our appreciation of your time and commitment to the community, survey respondents will be invited to a presentation of the findings later this year.
The following survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. All information submitted will be collected and analyzed by the Georgia Center for Nonprofits. Selected open-ended responses (noted in the survey) will be confidential and anonymous.
