Thank you for making a nomination for the Leading Litter Hero category in the 2026 Great British Spring Clean awards. This category is only for a registered Keep Britain Tidy Litter Heroes Ambassador or RiverCare/BeachCare Group Leader that has led the way in inspiring others to tackle litter, for example by pledging an extraordinary number of bags or conducting a huge number of litter-picks during the campaign.
Please note, for this category our registered Ambassadors and Group Leaders will have the final say who is the winner from all of the nominations that are made. The winner will be announced in February 2027.
(NB: There are separate categories for individuals and groups from the general public, local authority or parish councils, businesses and schools/students – please ensure the person you are nominating for this category is a registered Litter Heroes Ambassador or Group Leader.)
