NOW - Sept. 9 Painting Registration

There is no cost to participate in the “NOW – Sept. 9 painting timeframe” prior to the annual Paint Dover event, but pre-registration is required for those planning to participate in this extended painting timeframe and planning to submit 1-4 images for the juried event.
