Community Feedback for City of Florence Chief of Police Selection Process

INTRODUCTION - The City of Florence is inviting public comment regarding the hiring of the next Chief of Police. The information requested in this survey will be used to identify competencies needed in the next Chief as well as critical issues facing the City. All responses are anonymous. Results will be summarized by the consulting group Developmental Associates, which will be conducting the search and hiring process for the City. Please complete your responses before November 5, 2025.
