About this survey

This short survey is for NSW council staff who are in a customer facing roles and is open until the end of May.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer questions about managing conversations with a customer who may be in mental health stress.

Your responses will inform work being undertaken by the Mental Health Commission of NSW and R U OK? to develop resources to support you and your colleagues working in Local Government across NSW.

We anticipate providing you with two resources – one for you with conversation tips and referral information when dealing with these conversations, alongside a resource for you to give to customers with support information.
