As a first step please fill out this preliminary application. Once completed, we'll send you an email with more information on how you can start your training straight away. Once you've paid your deposit, you'll be given access to the online courses appropriate to either the 200h or 300h course, Advanced Yoga Fundamentals and Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga PLUS your free video downloads which will help you start practicing the Yoga Synergy method.
To start your journey with your first online course, simply pay your teacher training deposit (details in the email) and we will send you your personal log in details. Please indicate which training you are intending to do, 200 hours or 300 hours, or the 100 hour option - note the 100h option is only available to students who have completed a Yoga Synergy 200h course.
