This is a sponsored implementation opportunity, not a direct grant, selected sites receive services and materials, not funding.
Eligibility: To apply, your organization must be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located within the Commonwealth of Virginia that serves at least 100 prenatal patients per year.
