CLPHA Addiction and Recovery Services Survey

Welcome to the Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey on how public housing authorities (PHAs) work with populations with addiction issues in your public housing and project-based voucher units. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

CLPHA is working with researchers from Johns Hopkins University to better understand how PHAs are serving prospective and existing residents who have been affected by addiction, especially in the context of the current opioid epidemic. This information will be used to inform CLPHA’s advocacy on behalf of PHAs and their residents, partnership opportunities and capacity development, and research projects focused on intersection of opioids/addiction and housing. Our partners from Johns Hopkins will have access to the de-identified survey data (does not identify individual PHAs) after CLPHA staff have reviewed it. CLPHA will be partnering with our research partners on a future publication that provides an aggregated overview of the issues discussed in this survey.
