Come to the Ventura College Extravaganza!

The Event:
The event features presentations from various departments, informational booths and free giveaways.

Special workshops will be available to help anyone apply for college financial aid at all levels, including federal and state aid. In addition, the Ventura College Foundation will have its application kickoff for the Ventura College Promise program.

The Extravaganza will also feature fun and informative presentations, such as “Tips to Succeed,” “How to Budget for College” and more, from various departments including the Financial Aid Office and Counseling. Informational booths will feature areas such as Theatre Arts, Athletics, Foreign Languages, Geosciences, Nursing/CNA, MESA, EOPS, Transfer Center, Anthropology, Assessment Office, Freshman Year Experience (FYE), American Sign Language, Associated Students of Ventura College, Sociology, English as a Second Language (ESL), Cross Country/Track and Field, CalWorks and more.
 
Event Day Information:
Check-in @ VC North Quad (in front of MCW/MCE buildings)

Parking Information:
Attendees should park in the North* or West* parking lots and walk to the North Quad
Do not park in 30-minute spaces for longer than 30 minutes, staff parking, or handicapped parking (unless legally allowed).
Campus police will be ticketing cars not parked in legal stalls.
Parking passes are not required on Saturdays.
*The East parking lot will be closed due to the Ventura College Foundation Market Place.

Lunch:
Food will be provided to the first 250 guests who attend and complete a passport*
Guests must submit a completed passport to receive lunch.
*Passports will be issued at check-in and completed by participating in the event activities.
