* 3. We are considering changing the conference format. These formats are under consideration:


* Code Camp style: 2 days, volunteer speakers, no white papers, either no meals or corporate-sponsored meals, low fees (~$100-150)

* Day of Software Development: 1 day, mix of technologies, volunteer speakers, no white papers, box lunch, low fees (~$99)

* Single Track: 2 days, single room, one session at a time, speakers expenses covered, white papers, lunch included, lower fees (~$325)

* Multiple simultaneous conferences at one location: 2-3 days, multiple rooms for each technology, register for one conference with option to attend others for free, speakers expenses covered, white papers, meals (~$595)

* Southwest Fox traditional: 2-3 days, speakers expenses covered, white papers, meals (~$660)
