Thank you for applying for the Spring 2018 Lyons Den Power Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training. We request that in completing these questions you provide detailed, thoughtful answers so that we can get to know you and fully understand your intention for participating in the program.

Dates and Times
All Spring 2018 teacher training sessions will occur Friday evenings from 5:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays from 8am - 5pm, and Sundays from 9am - 6pm during the following weekends:

*Anatomy & Physiology Intensive Weekend will take place WEEKEND 4. Please adjust your schedule accordingly to accommodate the below hours on this weekend.
Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 7am - 6pm
Sunday: 7am - 6pm
