We are hoping to learn about the working lives of health professionals delivering care to people with MS.
The data you provide in this survey will be stored securely in line with our
privacy policy.
We will use the data to look at patterns in MS service delivery across UK regions, ensuring that it is aggregated and anonymised to a role and regional level. For example, “Occupational Therapists working in the North-East of England”.
You and your team will not be able to be identified in the data, and it will not be shared with organisations outside the MS Trust except in the form of our reports from the 360 View Mapping Project.
