Background Information: As we look toward Bayview’s future, we’re evaluating a potential independent living extension of our Queen Anne campus. The early concept envisions a midrise building with inviting retail spaces and spacious apartment homes. Your feedback is essential in helping us gauge interest and shape our planning.

Location: One block (within walking distance) of Bayview’s main campus at 11 West Aloha Street Seattle, WA 98119. The building will be a midrise, Gold level LEED Certified building, with views.

Timeline: Opening within the next 5 years.

Residences: Spacious, upscale apartment homes ranging from 1-bedrooms with dens to 2-bedroom/2-bath penthouses. Residency comes with Bayview’s Life Plan Community benefits, amenities and plan for the future.

Community Amenities: Some of the amenities are listed below in the survey. This location would also receive access to all of the amenities and services of Bayview’s main campus. We want to learn from you the most important amenities to include in the new campus extension.

Pricing: Residents pay an upfront, one-time entrance fee and ongoing monthly service fee that covers a wide range of services, programs and amenities.

Services Included: Monthly fees cover residence, concierge service, utilities, building maintenance, full calendars of cultural, intellectual, wellness events, and staffing.

Apartment Home Sizes: Bayview is a nonprofit Life Plan Community, which means residents have a plan for life with priority access to a continuum of services and care should their needs change over time. Entrance fees help fund long-term operations, support future resident needs, and provide the financial foundation required to maintain and reinvest in the campus. Many people use the equity in their current residence to pay the entrance fee. Monthly fees then cover ongoing services, utilities, amenities, cable/internet/WiFi, and maintenance.

Imagine you are moving to this community. Please indicate the home size and entrance fee that would fit your needs.
