The questionnaire will only take 10-15 minutes of your time.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your views on this course. Your comments will help us to make sure that the course remains relevant and useful to others. We would love to hear what you felt about the course – has this inspired you to carry out anything new? Your feedback will help us to build a picture of how the courses are being used.
Any information you provide will be entirely anonymous within the reporting and analysis, and will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). This questionnaire is using SurveyMonkey and any information you enter will be stored temporarily in the United States. By taking part in this questionnaire, you are consenting to any information that can identify you as an individual being stored in this way. SurveyMonkey has signed up to the Safe Harbor Framework. If you are under the age of 18, you should not proceed until your parents or guardians have given you permission to complete this questionnaire.
