CT SIM Value Based Insurance Design Application for Technical Assistance

Thank you for your interest in the Value Based Insurance Design Technical Assistance program.

Through a federal State Innovation Model (SIM) grant from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (Grant #1G1CMS331404-02-19), the Connecticut SIM Program Management Office and Office of the State Comptroller are offering free technical assistance to self-insured employers interested in implementing or enhancing value based benefits. The goal is to have 87% of state’s insured population covered under a VBID plan by 2020.  For more details on this program, please visit the Connecticut SIM website.
