The Lakeview Wholesale team is pleased to now offer VA loans as part of our product line. If you would like to become Approved to submit VA loans, please fill out the sponsorship information in the following questionnaire.
PLEASE NOTE: We submit our sponsorship requests to the Veterans Administration one time each month and therefore it can take up to 30 days for us to complete your Approval and add the VA loan products to your profile.
In order to finalize the sponsorship process, a $100 check made payable to the Department of Veterans' Affairs will be required. Instructions regarding this payment will be provided upon completion of the questionnaire.
