This year VAHS will be offering $1500 sponsorship grants to ONE team per sports carnival. To apply for these sponsorships a team representative must complete this survey before the close date. A member of the VAHS Healthy Lifestyle Team will be in touch 8 weeks before the date of your carnival to confirm if you're application was successful. If you are successful you will be required to work with the Healthy Lifestyle Team to create a sponsorship agreement.
