LEAP (Leadership through Education, Activities, and Personal Development) is a committee comprised of student leaders from WIAA member schools that serves as the voice of the WIAA's 225,000+ student participants.

Each spring, the WIAA selects eight incoming high school juniors to join the LEAP Committee. Students participate as Committee members throughout their junior and senior years. The LEAP Committee meets 5-6 times each school year at the WIAA office in Renton. Committee members also have the opportunity to be involved in additional WIAA-related opportunities, including Executive Board meetings and State Championships.

All application materials must be submitted by MAY 31, 2023.
