Nominators can only submit one nominee for one award. If the nominee does not meet the criteria outlined, the nominee will not be considered for the award. Also, the nominee will not be considered for other award categories. Only nominees that have made a direct impact within the AB & NWT Division will be considered for the awards.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Nominations for awards may come from :
People affected by or living with MS (caregiver, friend, family member, etc).
MS Society council members (division/chapter/regional office)
MS Society staff (division/chapter/regional office)
