Overview: The Committee's main role is to function as a subordinate body to EPASD’s new governing body, including to advise the City Council/EPASD Board on administrative, legal, operational, maintenance, and financial matters, including operations and maintenance agreements, annual budgets, capital improvement planning, and service rates.
