Pre-K to 2nd Grade
Bike to Books is a collaboration between Multnomah County Library and the Portland Bureau of Transportation. The 2021 Bike to Books Design Contest invited children to submit drawings centered on cycling. The grand prize winners in each category will have their art installed on a Portland street by the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Maintenance Operations reserves the right to ultimately select designs to install based on overall feasibility.
