Thank you for your interest in attending our upcoming Grief Tending Workshop for Health Professionals to be held on Thursday 27 May from 2pm-4.30pm (AEST).  This event will be co-hosted by Hummingbird House and Palliative Care Queensland. 

We are aware that many people who live outside the Brisbane region will be hoping to attend this event as a professional development activity.  We are happy to offer 10 x reimbursements of up to $300.00 towards travel and accommodation costs for people living over 150km from Brisbane City Hall (event venue).  Please note that your application must be approved as a professional development activity through your work.  Please ensure that you have familiarised yourself with the Terms and Conditions below.

Successful applicants will be contacted by PCQ team.

Reimbursements are available to:
  • Health professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Therapists
  • People living over 150km from Brisbane City Hall
Reimbursements can cover:
  • Assistance towards return travel from your place of residence to Brisbane City Hall
    • If travelling by car, reimbursement will be based on 80c per km
    • Flight costs (flight only) upon provision of receipt
  • Accommodation costs (room only, up to 1 night) upon provision of receipt
