SIS International Research (www.sisinternational.com) is currently organizing a research study on behalf of a medical device manufacturer to conduct research on the experience with selling, reimbursing, selecting, purchasing and using medical equipment in long-term care facilities or in-home care scenarios. For the purposes of this research, we are focusing specifically on protective underwear for incontinence care. We are interested in speaking with caregivers, purchase decision makers, sellers and payers who have worked with this product to understand the experience and uncover opportunities for product innovation.

We are conducting both phone and face to face interviews with interested and qualified participants who are willing to share their experiences with this product.Based on the questions we’ll ask here, if you qualify for one of the roles mentioned previously, we’ll schedule you either for a face to face group interview lasting 2 hours, or a phone interview lasting 45 minutes. If you participate, you will be compensated via check after the completion of your interview. It will be mailed within 7 days of your session. The results of this research will help our client to design its next generation of protective underwear products and ultimately provide users with better options.
