Quality Indicators for Pharmacy: Next Steps

As the College and HQO finalize the set of Quality Indicators for Pharmacy, we are hoping to engage individuals from the pharmacy sector who are interested in providing feedback and input throughout the next phases of this work.

We are looking for participants from a diversity of practice environments to ensure that all perspectives are considered next steps on the quality indicators for pharmacy. We welcome all those interested to fill out the survey below, and the College will contact you with opportunities for engagement on this work
