Applications are being accepted for SPN's new Mentorship Exchange, launching in January 2025. Applications close on November 20, 2024. Notifications of Acceptance will be sent the week of November 25, 2025. We will have a required kickoff meeting January 16, 2025 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. ET. Highlights of the program are as follows:
  • A one-year program in a track of your choosing: Leadership, Education (Academic or NPD), Inquiry (Research, QI, EBP), Clinical Practice (experienced, new, or novice), Presenter (leads you through abstract, presentation, or manuscript), or Student.
  • One-on-one mentorship with their mentor match throughout the 12 months, with a minimum of a monthly check-in (virtually).
  • Mentorship Program Guidebook, outlining program expectations, recommended meeting frequency with suggested topics, and additional information.
  • Partner with an experienced Pediatric Nurse in your topic area to:
    • Develop a goal and timeline for accomplishment
    • Participate in group discussions quarterly.
