Nomination Process
ANNUAL AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE
The Annual Equestrian NSW Awards for Excellence will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 in the Sales Arena at The William Inglis Hotel, Warwick Farm.
NOMINATION CRITERIA
The following criteria apply to the nomination process for the ENSW Awards:
· The person must be an ENSW member
· More than one nomination may be submitted (each nomination must be completed separately)
· Nominations are considered for services and achievements during the period 1st January 2019 to December 2019 for all categories EXCEPT ‘Service to Sport’.
· Previous services and achievements are not considered in the judging of the annual awards.
· Two high-resolution images (one headshot and one action image) are required with each submission. These images are to be emailed to: tina@ensw.org.au
Nomination forms and supporting material including photographs, etc. will not be returned after judging.
· Nominee's attendance at the Awards ceremony will be at their own cost.
· ENSW may use the information provided in the nomination forms for publicity or other award applications
· Please ensure that your nomination addresses the award criteria provided. A minimum of 400 words is required for each nomination.

All applications will be acknowledged via email when received as a complete submission including the two images.
Please assume that your application has NOT been received, until such time as you have received this acknowledgment.
