OBSA Card Swipe Access Form

Request form for swipe access to OBSA facilities (main house &bungalow), 7am-11pm daily.

Access information: Swipe access for both main house and bungalow is 7 Days,7am-11am. No swipe access required for main house only during business hours (M-F, 9am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm).

You do NOT need to complete this form if you are a returning student, faculty or staff member who completed an access form or request previously, as access rolls over into each new academic year. Access is automatically terminated upon graduation/end of employment at the colleges. OBSA has other closures for holidays and occasionally limits access based on office needs.
