Method A: A teacher’s assistant works 9 months annually and receives $1,000 per month. Tenant portion is $300 for 9 months and for the other 3 months is the minimum allowed ($50).

Simplify the calculations so I better know when I will start earning and how to increase my earnings

Provide smaller, immediate cash rewards (no savings account) for reaching small goals like job raises, new certifications, financial improvements, or completing classes.

Change the rules for taking money out before graduation for interim escrow requests.
