Information about this survey
Who is this survey for?
This survey is for anyone who has accessed free health care for an abortion or for making a decision about a pregnancy as part of the ACT Reproductive Health Data Incentive Fund program, and who is aged 18 years or over.
You are eligible to participate if you have accessed at least one appointment or service under the Reproductive Health Data Incentive Fund. You do need to have had an abortion.
How long will it take?
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete, although individual completion times will vary.
Can I do the survey another way?

Do I have to complete the survey?
Your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw your participation at any time by exiting or choosing not to submit the survey.
