How will my donation, exchange or refund be processed?

Here are the details on how it will process each selection.

Donations

MGI will mail you a tax acknowledgement letter confirming your donation. Thank you!

MGI Voucher

MGI will issue you a voucher by email. Enjoy your voucher for any concert in the 2022-2023 season.

Refunds

If you purchased your tickets within the past 90 days, refunds will be issued on that credit card. For purchases made prior to 90 days, MGI will issue the refund by check, mailed to the address of the credit card used. Please let us know if you require the check to be sent to a different mailing address.
