About PowerX Programme
PowerX is a collaborative training programme where we
(1) work with startups & organisations to identify talents with the right attitude;
(2) collaborate with industry practitioners and institutes of higher learning to customise training;
(3) accelerate the skills development of these talents through the intensive customised training; and
(4) organise on-the-job training for these talents to apply these essential skills learnt.

All of the above comes with extensive funding and programme management support from SGInnovate to ensure quality outcomes that meet real talent demands for the ecosystem.
