Community Impact Survey: Proposed Parking Restrictions in Surrey Heath

Surrey Heath Car Parking Charges and Restrictions

The Liberal Democrat held Surrey Heath Borough Council has introduced further restrictions to local car parking across Surrey Heath, including

a) the shift from evening to hourly tariffs for the multi-storey car parks

b) reducing free parking from 1 hour to 30 minutes in Pay on Foot car parks ,

c) an increase in the tariffs, including season tickets, for all chargeable car parks and

d) considering a business case for potential parking charges at Frimley Lodge Park, a popular location for Park Run participants and local football clubs and also Lightwater Country Park where there is a leisure centre and a cafe, where families visit and residents play football or otherwise exercise.
