11.If this proposal were to go ahead there would be a community wealth fund generated. Current estimates are this would be approx £650,000 per year although this could vary. Part of this fund could be used for a Renewable Electricity Discount Scheme.

There are 2 possible options for how this could be delivered. For this question please use £1400 as an estimate of the average household electric bill. All figures in this survey are estimates.

Option 1 - The discount scheme could be delivered on a tapered basis. Those closest to the proposed site (e.g. within 1km) would receive the biggest discount e.g possibly £1400 then the discount would taper down the further away your property is from the location e.g 10/11km away may receive approx £600/£700

Option 2 - The discount scheme could be delivered on a standard basis. All properties (e.g within a 10/11km radius) regardless of proximity to the location would receive the same discount e.g £800/1000. If the windfarm were to go ahead which option would you be in favour of?*
(Required.)
12.please explain why you have chosen option 1 or option 2(Required.)
13.If part of the Community Wealth Fund was used for a discount scheme, the remaining funds could be used for benefitting the community.

If this were to go ahead what would you see as the best use of this community fund? What would you like to see it spent on? How would you like to see it managed?*
(Required.)
14.If this proposal were to go ahead, there is the option for up to a 10% community ownership stake in the windfarm. This would need to be funded and all aspects covered by the community.

Is this something you think would be a good opportunity or not? Please explain your thoughts. *
