If you had to choose, for future NIA Annual Conventions, what would be your preferred time of year to attend? Our surveys have indicated that attendees report receiving a high value from attending Convention in relationship to the cost of attendance. In addition, some members bring several employees, and some members do not attend at all. NIA would like to see Convention attendance grow. What challenges do you see impacting meeting attendance in the future? The meeting is too long to justify more than just senior management. Middle managers attend the regional meetings instead. If I bring any middle managers there would be jealousy among those not tapped to attend. I would need a business case to justify bringing more employees from my company. I cannot convince owners of the value that we receive. The time of year conflicts with other meetings (please share which meetings.) OK Question Title * 19.
