Olympia/Thurston Lacrosse Club is exploring the possibility of offering optional Sunday lacrosse skill-development clinics for players in grades 3–8 this fall and winter. Clinics would be held Sundays from 1:00–2:30 p.m., beginning Sunday, October 4 and continuing through January 24.
Clinics would be led by Coach Cody Weatherald, a local professional lacrosse trainer, former college player, and assistant coach with the Olympia High School lacrosse program. Sessions would focus on individual skills, fundamentals, and overall player development.
The anticipated cost is $15 per drop-in session, with discounted per-session pricing available for players who sign up for a significant number of clinics (packages TBD). Program fees would help cover coaching compensation and field costs. We are also exploring the possibility of directing remaining proceeds to support the Olympia High School lacrosse team. Under that model, high school players would volunteer alongside Coach Cody at the clinics, providing additional instruction and mentorship to younger players while helping raise funds for their program.
We are simply gauging interest at this point. Completing this poll does not commit your family to participate.
