Marketing:
· Develop a consistent voice and brand across all social media platforms and other forms of communication, including email.
· Devise a social media calendar for the year.
· Maintain Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media accounts.
· Regularly update and maintain website.
· Partner with Alumni Chair(s) to develop an alumni website and alumni-only website.
· Coordinate with other board chairs to:
o publicize events, upcoming deadlines, and alumni opportunities.
o support their marketing needs, including developing templates and documentation.
· execute all communications to alumni, prospective and current class members.
· Participate in selections process.
· Attend monthly board meetings.
· Assist board members in other matters when necessary.
Secretary:
· Prepare minutes of all board meetings and send to all board members.
· Send out board agenda and meeting notices/reminders to all board members.
· Circulate calendar invitations for all alumni and class programming as well as board meetings.
· Keep record of all meeting minutes for year and pass along to incoming secretary at end of term.
· Make arrangements for another board member to take minutes in the event the secretary is unable to attend a board meeting.
· Participate in selections process.
· Attend monthly board meetings.
· Assist board members in other matters when necessary.
