Strategic Planning Stakeholder Survey

Welcome and thank you for agreeing to participate in the Nova Scotia Trails Federation Strategic Planning process.  It is critical to understand that this process is not about the Shared Strategy for Trails in Nova Scotia. This process is about the Nova Scotia Trails Federation and what its priorities need to be over the next several years.  This is a very exciting time for trails in Nova Scotia and the Federation wants to ensure that we are focused on the most important priorities around trail development, building, maintenance, management and/or usage.

The Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Trails has committed to develop a new 3 – 5-year Strategic Plan for the Federation and wants to ensure that this process is informed by our members and stakeholders.  To do this the Board has prepared a survey that we would ask you to complete before Thursday March 15, 2018.

For those of you who participate in the process we are committed to sharing the results of the survey with you directly as soon as they are compiled and will also make sure we report back to you on the overall process as it goes forward.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to:
