We may not know what the future holds, but we want to be ready and here to support your business as we transition to new phases of recovery. We’ve developed this survey to gain your input as you look to develop reopening plans or support you if you are already open.
As State and County health announcements continue to ease restrictions and phase reopening details, Palo Alto is committed to uplifting our business community and helping you evolve business practices to serve customers during this time of transition.

The new Santa Clara County public health order announced on Monday, May 18, 2020 eases restrictions on additional businesses and activities that go into effect this Friday, May 22, allowing retail businesses to offer curbside pickup and delivery. Current restrictions allow for restaurants to offer takeout. We know that at some time in the future, eased restrictions will allow outdoor restaurant seating.

We are offering several ways to assist our local retail stores, restaurants and small businesses during this challenging time. Here are a few highlights to get you started:
