St. Anne's Senior Group Interest Questionnaire

As part of adult formation, St. Anne's will begin a Seniors Group to offer an opportunity to socialize, learn, grow and experience new activities. To help with planning, please complete this questionnaire. Printed versions will also be available at St. Anne's for you to fill out and place in a basket located in the narthex labeled "Seniors Group". Please fill out and return this survey by February 3.
