Camp Maple Street, Camp REACH and Adventure Camp

Thank you for taking the time to request enrollment in Camp Maple Street,  Camp REACH, and/or Adventure Camp. We are excited for the summer to begin! Similar to last year, we will be using an online system for our registration process for Camp Maple Street and Camp REACH. Our hope is that this process will eliminate the need for families to stand in long lines with the potential of Camp Maple Street and/or Camp REACH being full before families are able to register.

This form is a request for registration, not a registration form and is in no way a guarantee of enrollment in any full day summer camp.

FOR ESSEX JUNCTION VILLAGE RESIDENTS: This online form will be available from Monday (1/21) at 8am until Friday (2/1) at 4pm.

FOR NON-RESIDENTS: Registration will take place in person, over the phone, or on-line, beginning February 18 at 8am. There is not an online request for registration system.

On Monday, February 4, we will begin contacting families and enrolling children as our capacity allows. Within one week of enrollment, families will be required to put down a $350 per child deposit (or pay the full balance if less than $350). 50% of the remaining balance will be due on April 12, with the full balance being due on May 24. More information about payment plans and available tuition assistance is on page four.

After the two week request for registration period closes, EJRP will enroll families based on their EJRP child care credit score. Families will receive:

One participation credit for each week of Camp Maple Street and/or Camp REACH attended last summer (maximum of 10 credits) and one participation credit for each day of the week scheduled at Village Kids (maximum of 5 credits). Participants who attend Summit, Fleming, or Hiawatha school will receive 5 participation credits. CMS/REACH, Village Kids, and school participation credits will be combined (families with more than one child will have participation credits combined to calculate a final number) to determine the family's final participation credits. The family totaling the highest number of participation credits will be enrolled first; based on their request for registration. EJRP will continue to contact all families who completed the “request for registration” form in order of child care credits to enroll/wait list them.

Please note: Registration for Camp STAR (entering 6th-9th grade) begins on February 13 at 8am either in person, online, or over the phone. Please do not use this form for Camp STAR.
