District Presenter Application

The Lower Hudson Regional Information Center is proud to host the annual Tech Expo as part of the Technology Leadership Institute series of events. This all-day conference will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 at the Edith Macy Conference Center in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

This year’s nationally known keynote speaker is Liz Kolb, celebrated professor, classroom teacher, presenter, and author. Her most recent publication is Learning First, Technology Second where she demonstrates her Triple E Framework for assessing the effectiveness of technology in lesson plans.

The keynote will be followed by an estimated 30 breakout sessions focusing on instructional technology topics of paramount interest to the educators and leaders from districts across the region.

The LHRIC is seeking qualified presenters to showcase their successful uses of educational technology in the K-12 environment during 50-minute breakout sessions. Please follow the below instructions to complete this online application to present at Tech Expo.

1. All applications must be submitted online through this survey form.

3. Deadline for application submission is Sunday, March 31st, 2019.

4. Each applicant will be notified via email no later than Monday, April 8th, 2019 regarding the status of their application.
