The purpose of this survey is to gain feedback on Industry perception and usage of Utility Mapping, to assess the levels of support across the Construction and Utility sectors for a UK Standard defining best practice for Buried Utility Detection and Mapping Services. The questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes, can be exited after Question 16 (if you are short on time) and is absolutely confidential.
In addition, we seek to ensure that the standards developed through the input of the BSI, Utility Mapping Association, and the Buried Asset Centre of Knowledge (BACK) take account of industry needs and those of all stakeholders.
By completing the questionnaire and indicating at the end that you are open for more discussions, you will be kept informed of future developments and may be able to comment on the newly developed PAS specification when its available for public consultation next year.
