About the UT-SORH Community Stars

NOSORH (National Organization of State Office of Rural Health) and UT-SORH (Utah State Office of Rural Health) would like to use the Rural Health Week in Utah to honor "community stars," individuals or organizations who:
  • have made a positive impact on their local community,
  • brought services that may not have been there before,
  • shown local leadership,
  • demonstrated a long term commitment to improve rural health,
  • have been a dependable partner or have helped make a change for better health, and/or
  • ensured access to care or championed innovation in rural communities.
There is no limit to the number of submissions per person. NOSORH will develop media stories for you to share and a publication to honor their work.
