Introduction

The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board (EMOWPDB) is a community non-profit organization aiming to provide relevant and readily accessible labour market information (LMI) and workforce development solutions in the London Economic Region through employer engagement in labour market research and collaborative consultations.

For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the EMOWPDB is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development to conduct an assessment of rapid upskilling needs in the Healthcare Industry and develop a report on the findings.

Our organization is attempting to document opportunities for rapid upskilling in the Healthcare sector in general with a view to collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate educational programs as a response to these emerging skills development opportunities.

We hereby seek your input in broadening our understanding of the evolution of these technologies in the London Region's Healthcare sector and documenting your perspective in this fast-emerging field.
