Apex Trials invites you to join our mission to improve health and explore new treatment options. We are seeking volunteers aged 18+ years old who regularly experience gastrointestinal symptoms for upcoming gastrointestinal studies. Your participation will not only contribute to important scientific research but also offer you a chance to be at the forefront of health innovation.

Volunteers must be willing and able to travel to our clinic located in Guelph, ON for study visits. Individuals who pass the general screening will be given priority for participation in upcoming clinical trials. Participants will also earn up to $50-200 for completing the prescreening process.

If you are interested in participating in this general screening, the following questions will help us determine if you qualify for any upcoming gastrointestinal studies. Please provide complete and honest answers to the questions to ensure this study is a good fit for you. All information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission except as required by law. The questionnaire will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be recorded, but your information will only be used for the purposes of this study.
