University of Rochester Merchant Survey 2023

Introduction

The University of Rochester is committed to offering the most advanced, secure, and efficient payment processing solutions to meet the needs of all University departments while maintaining PCI DSS compliance per University policies. To that end, we have engaged with Arrow Payments to gather feedback, support departments, and provide solutions. This survey will help guide us toward improvements in security, efficiency, and customer experience and must be completed for the University to work toward achieving new PCI compliance requirements, and any non-compliant merchants will face shutdown measures.
