Unusual Beliefs Registration Request Form

This workshop will take place on April 2nd and April 3rd from 9:30am to 4:30pm at the West Springfield Public Library Community Room, 200 Park Street.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is intended to request registration. Your attendance should not be considered confirmed until you receive an e-mail saying that it has been received and that space is available. Registration will take place on a first come, first serve basis.

Workshop Summary: Participants will look at how to support someone who has unusual beliefs or what often gets called 'paranoia.' It will focus on exploring a person's belief system to understand it from their perspective, and how to reduce any negative impact on quality of life without trying to take away what's meaningful or useful. Participants will also learn how the three stages of voice hearing apply differently with experiences of this nature, and will explore how to decode beliefs to build understanding.
