Untapped Talent Survey

Hello, 

We are undertaking this survey to better understand the available talent. This information is currently not available to employers and can provide solid intelligence to inform recruitment decisions. The survey will collect data on the qualifications, skills and experience of current job seekers and those looking at making a transition in their career.  

Our goal, with your input via this survey and other research activities, is to provide industry and employers who are hiring an understanding of the transferability of skills across sectors and a detailed, up-to-date profile of untapped talent. We expect this information to demonstrate to employers with job opportunities that many of the skills they need are available within the talent pool.
 
All individual responses will be kept confidential. The information we intend to make available to employers and other interested parties will be consolidated and analyzed from survey responses received. This will include geographic breakdowns of available talent that will be determined using postal code information provided by respondents.
 
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It has been designed so that you can update it if your employment/career transition situation changes once you provide your email address.
