Thank you for applying to participate in the Safe Haven Project in Ukraine. Once you submit your application and supporting documents, you will receive a notification stating whether or not you have been approved for travel should your skill set be needed. Approval does not guarantee travel. To complete this application, you will need your driver's license and passport, names and contact information for 3 references, and your testimony of how and when you accepted Christ.
You can pause and return to this application at a later time using the same device until you click submit.

Groups of 1-3 people will be traveling every few weeks based on needs. Team members are expected to pay for their food and travel. Groups will be staying at our rental property which has limited refrigeration for some food items. Team members are expected to bring "on the go" meals, snacks, etc. For example, trail mix, granola bars, jerky, tuna packets, etc. Some things may be purchased in Ukraine but are in limited supply. There are some restaurants but they are not always accessible. Bottle water will be provided at the house.
If you are selected for this mission trip, you will be expected to pay and arrange for your own flights. We fly into Warsaw, bus 10 hours to Lviv, and stay in our safe house (no air conditioning).
Team members are 100% responsible for their flight, lodging, and meal fees for the mission trip. Once in country, the team stays at our Lviv location. There are local grocery stores and restaurants where you can purchase your own food. Due to the war, utilities such as water, electricity, heat, and internet come and go. You may experience hours to days without these resources.
